This hotel is situated in a quiet area which we really appreciated as traffic noise and bars can get quite loud at night in Vietnam. The hotel is still situated within 10 mins drive of both bang beach and the old town of hoi an with the hotel offering free shuttle buses and free bicycles. The staff are some of the nicest in any of our hotel stays while travelling Asia and the food for breakfast lunch and dinner were all delicious. They have adequate gym facilities and their pool facilities are not the largest but very nice, clean and once again the very helpful staff are happy to serve drinks via the pool bar to your poolside sunbed. Our best stay in Vietnam and could possibly be the best of our entire travels. Thank you to the lovely staff at the Wyndham, could not recommend this stay enough.

Our stay at the Wyndham Garden Hoi An Cua Dai was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked into the hotel we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly makes it special is the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. As soon as we arrived we were so impressed that we immediately booked an additional four nights. Unfortunately, due to a sudden family bereavement we had to fly home urgently and cut our stay short. During this difficult time the hotel staff were absolutely amazing and showed us such kindness and understanding, which meant so much to us. A special thank you to Sue, the Duty Manager, who went above and beyond to help us. She and the entire team are a real credit to the hotel. We will most definitely be back, hopefully later this year, to enjoy the stay we had planned. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending this lovely hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. They should all be very proud of such a fantastic hotel and such wonderful staff.
