The people staying in the room above us were extremely loud all night, stomping and talking loudly and drinking, even throwing glass bottles on the concrete at 5am when they finally left. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this was by far the worst. There was also mold in the tub and bathroom sink.

The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was excellent!

The staff was lovely. Our room needs some serious maintenance. Our keycards were changed 5 times and the door battery changed, but they would never stay connected to the room. They were not stored near phones or credit cards. Our only reliable way to enter our room was the mobile key on my phone. Also, the kitchen sink had a leak that I reported but was not addressed. Then when I ran the dishwasher, it backed up into the sink and almost flooded the room. The hotel overall was nice, but our room is in great need of maintenance.
