Basic but clean hotel in great location. There are a lot of stairs to the 4th floor and there is no liftin the building. The staff did offer and carry the bags up for us.

빅토리아 코치 타려고 하루 묵었습니다. 엘베없어요 캐리어로는 힘들듯..싱글룸 꼭대기방 받아서 더 그랬을수도?? 직원은 친절한편 인데 싱글룸 화장실 변기위치가 좀 잘못됐어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ벽이랑 너무 딱붙여놔서 볼일볼때 다리를 //이렇게 하고 봐야함..날씬한 여자기준도 그런데 체격있는분은 개힘들듯ㅎㅎ그밖에는 베드버그는 못봤고 숙소 위치가 치안 괜찮은편인듯요..지붕이 낮아지는 부분이 있어서 머리 한두번 박음ㅜㅜ

Staff was kind, but I woke up with bug bites all over myself. It’s extremely dirty, carpets look old. There’s no elevator, ruined my trip. I had such an uncomfortable flight back, uploaded pics for proof. I was staying in room 306.

Excellent location within walking distance to Victoria Bus station, sainsburys for grocery bits and a range of eating restaurants. Staff friendly and obliging but nothing done automatically eg towels. No fridge. Rather tiny rooms and airless but clean and the beds are good. Shower is excellent. No left so several flights of stairs if in upper floors. Not easy for a long stay but okay for a weekend or short stay - we did 3 days.
