Good location

This is an affordable (by London's standards) no nonsense hotel. Decent beds and breakfast. It was over 6 months ago we stayed there and had no negative memories or experiences. Just your basic hotel that is a bit of a walk to Victoria Station and that area.

This hotel is always fully booked and I am not surprised :) From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and nice. I was able to leave my suitcase after check-in which made it convenient for me as I didn’t have to take it with me to meetings during the day. The location is amazing only a short walk to Victoria tube + train stations. As my meeting were in Soho and Covent Garden, I chose to walk in the beautiful weather. I had the single room which was pretty spacious in London terms. Room was well decorated and cozy – I wish I had stayed for another day just to stay in and rest. Bathroom is newly done, with a large shower cabin. All very clean with towels and amenities. I liked how my room was overlooking the street where I had an early coffee watching people cycle to work. I’ll definitely stay again, one reminder – do book in advance ☺️

The receptionist is really helpful. Have left a request before moving in and they did their best to accommodate my request.
