We stayed here for 6 nights after a short trip to Osaka. Hotel is a short walk from the metro, Dotonbori district and Shinsaibashi shopping area. It is in a quiet location but with lots of restaurants and a few convenience stores nearby. All front & back of hotel staff have been amazing - credit to Travis who has been extremely helpful especially when transferring to the Nankai Namba Rapit station. Room is also a decent size. Laundry facilities and drink station are a bonus within the hotel too. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit! :)

Everything about this property was well thought of. From the lobby lounge area with free drinks and the relaxing massage chairs to the amazing room we stayed in with 2 king sized beds, a massage chair and complete amenities (including a dyson supersonic hair dryer). I especially liked the numerous wall hangers for jackets, pants, towels, etc. I highly recommend this property if you plan to go to Dotonbori for the ultimate street food trip!

We liked everything, the location, the staff, the room, the dinning/ meeting area (the lobby) with the self service drinks provided. The size of the room was more than I expected, the bathroom was fantastic, big bath tub separate from the shower. Plenty of space for luggage and storage was more than adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for directions, the young lady walked us straight to the station. We were transferred to Osaka station on the day of check out also. We loved the stay and will surely recommend it to our friends and family.

The room is spotless & spacious. The customer service level is exceptional from everyone. The decoration in the hotel lobby is modern & beautiful. Hotel provides a relax area for guests to have a complimentary hot & cold drinks.
