Relatively good value for money, especially since housing / accommodation costs are on the higher side overall throughout the city. Location is ideal - 7-11, McDonald's, Wellcome, Mannings & a ton of other eateries are all within close proximity. Olympic MTR station is a 5 min walk & Mongkok MTR station is a 10 min walk away. The hotel runs a shuttle bus on the hour to bring guests to a few popular spots nearby, which is super helpful - langham place / Mongkok MTR, temple st, star ferry / canton rd, elements. Spots on the shuttle do fill up quickly, so it is recommended to show up early. Rooms are clean, but showing signs of aging, especially the shower, desk & bedside tables. Rooms are decent size for the price, considering the location. On-site laundry is a huge plus, but there are only 2 washers & 2 dryers. This can lead to line ups if you go at prime times. A breakfast buffet was included in my booking, but we only took advantage a handful of times. The buffet area isn't very big (size constraints are a common theme in Hong Kong) and the variety is limited. Taste is also just ok. Unless I needed a quick bite to eat, I preferred to eat out, as HK is a food paradise. Customer service is excellent, which I tested on different days by using both Cantonese & English. The hotel is highly recommended. It's an excellent choice for this price range.

Check in late, only manage to get room at 1630hrs. No apologies. Supposed to receive 1 free bottle of wine for booking under Silver Exclusives. Receive nothing. Room very smooth, underwhelming in facilities
