Beautiful view. Comfy bed. People are friendly. My friends love that place. I would love to stay that place again.. I definitely will stay there again one day.

As I'm laying on the couch in my room, an unknown male opens the door with his keys to the room I booked! Thank God I had the security bar on. He proceeds to tell me that it was his room that I was staying in and that his luggage is in the room. There was no luggage in the room and during my check in, I was handed the keys and info envelope with no problem. Later on, I get police officers knocking on my door, requesting to confiscate the apartment for the male's luggage! Obviously, this was a mistake on Global luxuries and not to mention; what happened to this guy's luggage?! He was checked in to my room and when he returned, I was checked in to it. Oh and let me add, my check in was at 4 and they emailed me at 2 telling me that they had to push my check in to 6pm! Just unprofessional. In addition, the cushions in the living room of two chairs were torn! This was a horrible experience and I'm still waiting for my 100% refund! Spare yourself!

dirty floors, rugs and counter tops

Great building, convenient parking, a nice bar/restaurant nearby, great access to transit and the waterfront. Room itself was spacious and blissfully quiet.

We LOVED this place. awesome views of NYC skyline, beds were amazing. just steps away from light rail and ferry boats.
