Great location

I booked this six months before our arrival. Got to the hotel - reception is not manned permanently, so had to call a number. I was told that we were not booked in despite having already paid for the room and having confirmation of the booking. He wouldn't even let us wait in reception. Two hours of stress ringing Agoda and finally got our room. It was very upsetting (I was in tears) as it was part of a present for my partner and we'd been looking forward to our stay in London and had an event to go to. The man at reception did help us in the end to sort out the booking (after wandering the streets for about 90 mins) and we were on the phone to Agoda as well. Both of them blamed the supplier, but if you google this the same has happened to lots of other people. So, I really would avoid! The room was not as nice as the photos. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom has an unpleasant smell (other people have said this too). There was no hand soap in the bathroom either. The only good thing was the location.

The room smells like someone has peed on the carpet and wasn’t cleaned properly, still smells. The floor seems slunted, old furnitures and bed’s were uncomfortable, probably because it feels like the linens are not dried properly. Stayed there still as they the room were non refundable. I was then moved to nearby facility and it was surprisingly cheaper and waaay better than this one. Sorry lads, you guys need to improve more. Thanks.

방안은 깔끔해요 대신 화장실 좁고 방은 추워요 나쁘지도 않고 좋지도 않아요 그래도 혼자서 라이트하게 잇기엔 좋고 커플은 비추

가격 대비 적당합니다. 캐리어를 펼칠 만큼 넉넉한 공간에 거슬리지 않는 청결 정도. 우리가 무균 시설에 가는게 아니니까요. 인내심을 가지고 언제든 반응해주는 직원분들. 패딩턴 역에서 걸어서 15분 가량 걸립니다. 또 주변에 공원이 있고 맛집들이 많아서 버짓 출장 오신 분들한테는 적당할 겁니다.
