Everything are great…. I checked in march 5th 2026 staying for 2 nights. I arrived at the hotel little rarly around 1pm asked to check in the baggage staff downstairs said check in time is 3 pm. So i went upstair to the lobby enoying the buffet until the check in time. I walked up to the check in counter around 14:46 and ask if i can check in… she replied me in chinese so i asked again if is possible to check in now she answered me in chinese again with rude face and sound. I repeat in english again… now she yell back in english saying show me your bookiing if u want me to check you in.. so i told her i didnt understand her at first that is why i repeated myself…. She got frustrated …. So rude… for the check in hotel. Everything else is fine.

Overall, still a good hotel to stay. But the beds are getting old and not that firm - can consider changing.
