Staffs friendly but the property ...worth 1 star hotel.

Price and Location is really the key here. For $15/night, staying at one of the most central location, we can overlook the really worn in rooms, and really bare boned amenities. If you are planning to do and see the most of Can Tho, and is always out all day and just needed a place to sleep for a night or two, this works just fine.

Paid extra for superior room to get window but got only standard room without it. When i showed my booking confirmation to the staff, he tried to claim it on expedia and said all the rooms had sold out. Room was ok but AC didnt work at first when i got to the room. Not a pleased experience staying in this hotel after all

We had a problems at the time checked in and checked out due to very poor quality of the clerks can’t locate the reservation that we had already been Prepaid and at the time check out they want us to pay again? They Said they haven’t yet receive anything that shows that the Prepaid. It’s took 20 minutes for the clerk to get verified and we were late for out Transportation to the next designation and due to we were Rushed too much and upset with their service we had left servers items on the Taxi and got lost these items. Also the hotel not clean! It’s dirty and very poor conditions and no elevator and no bathroom broken in the lobby area so we were waiting for pickup. Nosie location located next to Buda Temple too much traffic and The noise from the street front located across from the public park
