Hasd a fabulous stay. staff were so friendly and clearly worked well as a team. Room was good and no complaints. Breakfast was brilliant with a good selection. Will definately stay there again. Reasonably priced too.

The hotel staff was friendly and nice. They gave us an early check-in. The location was close to the metro and lots of eateries and shops nearby.

This hotel was good for a family of 4. Good breakfast. Everything as expected. It was a little far from the Hammersmith underground station would be the only thing to say if your traveling with a lot of luggage. It probably seemed worse for us because we were traveling in the middle of winter. On the plus side to this hammersmith station has lifts, so its good once you get there. All in all a clean well maintained hotel in a good location between Heathrow airport and the centre of london.

The hotel is situated beside the tube line so you have the noise of the trains until after midnight and then starting again around 6am. Our bathroom had really bad drain issues and the smell was really bad.
