The room wasn’t ready at all. I was told that no clean rooms were available and there was no time estimate on how long it would take to get the rooms ready. I pre-registered almost an hour before the designated check in time and then an hour after the designated check in time the room still wasn’t ready and there was nothing to do about it because all the empty rooms continued to be dirty. I never even got a key card to a room or was told where my room would be. There were multiple people in line getting the same explanation that their rooms were not ready and not accessible, just like ours, due to not being cleaned. After my third trip to the front desk to check on our room status I was told by the front desk attendant to go around a do other activities to pass the time and she still wasn’t able to provide a time that the room would be ready and that just because my check in was at 4pm doesn’t guarantee that my room would be ready at 4pm. When I told her on my third time to the front desk that I wanted to cancel she gave me a parking pass and said I should go do some activities and if my room wasn’t ready by the time I finished doing activities then she would cancel. It took four trips to the front desk to cancel my reservation because I wasn’t able to know when or if a room would be ready at all. I understand that they are short staffed, but the least they could do was to be honest that the wait for a clean room would be WELL after the designated check in time

Despite having a confirmed reservation for 12/31/25–1/2/25, I was told upon arrival—after a seven-hour drive—that the hotel had overbooked and had no room for me. There was no advance notice or proactive communication. Being left without accommodations on New Year’s Eve is not something any guest should experience. This reflects poor management and lack of accountability.

Our family enjoyed the stay . Place was clean , staff was cordial , the view was perfect for the fireworks on New Year’s Eve . The only improvement would be the light on the balcon was flicking and the cleaning staff knock on our door and open the room door while we were still a sleep and it was two hours from checkout time , other than that very recommended, you can park at the hotel and walk to everything in downtown and it was quiet during the night .
