One hour before check-in, I received an email with the subject line "All is full, please cancel." This email, apparently sent by the apartment manager, came from a private email, not through the hotels.com system. The email was also not signed in a way to indicate who it came from. I almost deleted it as spam. Since I replied and got clarification, I was able to contact hotels.com and coordinate new lodging while we were still on the train to Bratislava. Unfortunately for us, our new lodging had no kitchen, no washing machine, and was located outside the limits of public transportation. This made our stay much more expensive and unenjoyable. Only book with these people if you like to gamble on whether or not you will actually have your reservation honored.

Terrible and unacceptable experience with the owner and Expedia. Nobody was there to greet us, very poor communication once we got in touch with the owner. My 83 year old grandmother, who has fled the war in Ukraine, had to stand for 2 hours to wait for the owner's arrival (which never happened). We were later told there was no room available and they would not honour the confirmed and paid for Expedia booking. We had to find a last-minute accommodation in a foreign country, late at night. Awful experience! Do not recommend.

Majiteľka hotela, menom Podstavková, okráda zákazníkov cez rezervácie. Nedoporučujem rezervovať a uhradiť poplatok, lebo peniaze už nikdy neuvidíte a ani pobyt, lebo sa vyhovorí že žiadna rezervácia neexistuje, alebo si ju nevšimla a potom nereaguje na podporu od Hotels, zámerne aby po 30tich dňoch dostala automaticky zaplatené. Vám bude klamať do očí, bezcudne a nemorálne. Je to podvodníčka a za tých čo okradla si chodí na 2 mesačné dovolenky tak ako teraz aktuálne do Grécka. Vyhnite sa jej a obstarajte si iný pobyt

Leider haben die Hunde um 4.30 Uhr Morgen immer gepellt, somit würde man immer wach. Es könnte auch mehr Geschirr (Gläser/Teller/Tassen und Besteck) aufgefüllt werden, da es nicht für 8 Personen ausreichen würde. Das Apartment an sich was sehr großzügig und nett vom Ambiente. Alles im ganzen würde ich/ wir das Apartment wieder buchen.
