Excellent hotel, great location and best of all amazing staff.

Room is meticulous, staff is highly attentive, lovely stay.

With so many options in London I thought the communication in this hotel wasn’t good. We paid £150 to have our room ready early at 10am and it wasn’t ready I until 1.30pm after a red eye international flight that wasn’t good and they didn’t seem at all bothered.

Clean room Good hotel but overpriced

We waited for 5 or so minutes as check in was very busy and slow , nobody acknowledged we wey there . Eventually a member of staff noticed we we were there and sent us to floor 8 to check in and all was well Also the room was not very big and the bedside lights we’re difficult to use when in bed as the switch was on the lights wire and not easy to reach.would be better as a switch on the wall When checking out and paying for items used during our stay ( the principal had been paid some time previously) I was told I had breakfast to pay for which I already new and a gratuity charge which I was not aware of. I think adding a gratuity charge without previous warning verges on sharp practice!! I did pay it as your staff I general were very good. Your bedding and pillows were absolutely first class My comments are made constructively as you are a 5 star hotel and must keep on top Dudley Miller room 839
