This Inn has has the best location as it's right in downtown and walking distance to a lot of food places in SLO. Thank God we reserved weeks ahead as there was no vacancy when we went to the reception. Definitely, I'll be booking this next time in SLO.

Honestly, it’s a great deal for the location. Simple but clean. You have everything you need such as a AC, refrigerator, microwave, and even a desk! Beds are comfy. Very calm and quiet. Front desk lady was super sweet and accommodating. Actually, all the staff I encountered were great. We stayed here for 3 days and we’re going back soon! I recommend all my friends and family to this place. You can not beat this price. I am not picky so I have zero complaints. For this price it far exceeded my standards.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was amazing The owner and his wife were amazing we left for a couple days and then came back and was told we couldn't stay without a deposit because I left sheets with blood on them which was not blood I accidentally spilled a bowl of cereal on my sheets I even went to the office to get towels when I did it change the sheets myself and now I'm not allowed to stay without a deposit Even after they knew it was chocolate cereal other than that this place is amazing they are remodeling all the rooms so give them time and the place will be a lot better even though I can't stay without a deposit I can't say nothing bad about the owner or his wife they were amazing people and they are doing a great job with this hotel
