Our stay was seamless and perfect from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and allowed to leave our bags in the storage room while we explored the city and our room was readied. If you are North American, be prepared that the rooms are smaller, and the elevator will only hold 2 people (without luggage), but this didn't take away from the perfection of this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were diligent and meticulous. The bathroom was exquisite and luxurious. Beds were comfortable and temperature was warm. Our family of four lived in the room for a week without issue. We were close to many subway stations, which made getting around the city simple and easy. This hotel is located just outside of the tourist areas, which we enjoy. Lots of bars, cafes, markets, and boulangeries on the block. Would definitely recommend Hotel Du Plat d'Etain to anyone visiting Paris

The staff were upstanding, always polite and accommodating. Family feel. The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. Overall vibe was very positive. Cet hôtel était superbe. Si nous retournons à Paris, nous choisirons cet hôtel.
