26.04.08Hotel is oerfectly located in the old quarter where everything is. What i lile the most if the young guy working there. I dont remember his name but he was the nicest and polite guy i ever met. We had a small issue with the rooms we booked but it was addressed immedialy and professionally. So yes i would stay back there again for sure

Fyi: gần trung tâm, đi gần, ko nên đặt phòng cửa kính bự (đối diện nhiều nhà, quán xá, nhỏ hơn phòng thấp giá hơn (2nd))

26.03.11Lovely stay here on my trip to Hanoi. The location of the hotel is great. Near to the Beer Street if you want some party , lots of tourist attractions in walking distance if you wanna do that. The hotel is at a bustling street of old quarter which has many streetside local restaurants , hawkers, small coffee shops, fruit and veggie markets, wholesale stores so you can get a glimpse of the local life which I enjoyed. Not to mention, despite the street being really busy, the rooms are soundproof and you won’t hear any noise.
Nice spacious rooms clean and tidy, with good amenities. Hotel staff is really very kind and hospitable. Always offering you tea which is such a kind gesture. They provide airport drop at a good price so you can check that out. I would happily return to this hotel if I visit Hanoi again.

26.04.11The staff was nice, however once i walked into my room it reeked of mildew. the room was very very moist, the walls had black patches of mold everywhere. the toilet still had pee in it!!! my flight was at 8:35 am and i couldnt sleep, i was itchy and i couldnt breath so i decided to check out right before 6 am. it took a while for my breathing to get back to normal.
