Staff is kind and helpful. Place is clean. Location is also good plus they have elevator. Overall a good and comfortable stay

Overall I was very happy with my stay. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean enough even if the hotel is outdated in some ways. I find that to be the norm in Old Quarter. I appreciated that while it was in Old Quarter, it was more on the outside so a bit more quiet than other Old Quarter hotels. I didn’t get the best sleep because of the location but honestly, that’s to be expected when staying in Old Quarter. I would stay here again if I wanted to stay somewhere very central.

Joe was very friendly and helpful. There seems to be a weird smell in the hallway going to the room but other than that, the place looks clean and decent. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The room that we booked didn’t have a window, and it was very small but that was still not a problem for us, the problem was how dirty the bed was! There was hair in the bed, It was covered in dirt stains, and when I woke up, I had a terrible skin rash. My skin was incredibly itchy, and honestly, I'm not usually a sensitive person. It was the first time I'd ever woken up in a hotel with so many spots and redness! The worst part was that there were ants all over the wall, and our belongings (which, by the way, didn't contain any food or sweets) were infested with them, and they were biting ants. The receptionist had a rather unpleasant attitude, and honestly, even though we only stayed one night at this hotel, we had a terrible time, and it was the absolute worst part of our trip. Please consider staying somewhere else and don't be fooled by the photos!
