호텔 제제로 플리트비체 레이크

This hotel enjoys an excellent location . Entrance 2 is just right across the hotel. You can leave your car at the hotel without worrying parking at entrance 2. Food is so so, sometimes cold. Some of the plates at the buffet table can be empty (without refill) if you arrive after 9am for breakfast. Anyway, the convenience of the park compensates.

I had originally booked a Parkside room but on checkin I realized that these rooms have a view of the parking lot so I upgraded to a lakeside room with balcony. Great decision. While you can't see the lake from the lakeside rooms due to the large trees, you can hear the waterfalls. I loved sitting on the balcony at sundown and in the morning before breakfast listening to the birds singing with the waterfall sounds in the background. Room was old-fashioned but clean as was bathroom. Restaurant food is bad. We ate in the main restaurant at night and it was inedible. Breakfast selection is poor. The Black River restaurant a short walk from the hotel is good, we had lunch here before leaving the park. Staff are great from the lovely lady who checked us in to the Philapino gentleman who looked after us at dinner. I would definitely recommend spending a night in Pletvice as it truly is a magical place and I would have no hesitation recommending Hotel Jezero.

위치 최고, 버스 정류장까지 픽업도 해주네요. 짐들고 비탈길 안걷게.. 하루 연장스탬프도 혜택이고요. 그치만 내부 시설은 원활하게 작동되지않는 것이 조금 있어서 감점.

건물이 낡고 방음이 안된다 프론트데스크 직원은 내 예약과 다른 방을 주어 항의 하였더니 자신의 실수를 알고도 죄송하다는 말 대신 무료 업그레이드였다고 하거나 숙박예약업체의 잘못이라는 등 황당한 변명만 했다 내 예약대로 방을 달라 했더니 마지못해 열쇠를 던져주었다 불쾌한 경험이었다
