Fantastic apartment right in the heart of the city, everything is in walkable distance - excellent apartment can’t recommend enough

Accommodation location was really central and close to bus stop for various tours and airport transfers. The two bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of duvets, etc. The apartment was nice and warm, with no need to try and control. Negatives were a few - there was no hot water to the bathroom sink - although lots to the kitchen and shower. The bathroom sink was also very slow to clear water due to blockage. The majority of mugs and plates had chips out of them.

시내 중심에 있어서 접근성이 정말 좋아요. 집도 예쁘고 깨끗하고 넓어요. 넓어서 그랬는지 첫날은 조금 추웠어요. 두번째 날은 괜찮았어요.요리에 필요한 모든 도구들이 있어서 편리했습니다.

Check-in was poor. We arrived during office hours. No welcome or anything, just refer to the email you were sent. The space was great although when we separated the King bed into 2 singles and was not clean behind or in the corners. Kitchen not adequately equipped. No oven mitts, pot lids missing, dull knives, one hard block of ice in ice maker, obviously not cleaned out. Only received extra toilet tissue after request more. The existing roll was the only one there, for 4 women for 6 night stay. Although the welcome email said light cleaning would the done every 2nd day starting after the second night, it was NEVER done, Towels were never replaced. Shower almost overflowed. Cut shower short and it took more than an hour to drain. We called the emergency number and there was no answer. The other number provided was out of service. They seemed to have come in while we were out but issue was not resolved. We could only shower one person per morning or evening, and it had to be quick or would have overflowed. Really too bad about the service because we loved the location. Would not recommend.

spacious place. luckily we had a space to park, but there are only 3 parking spaces.
