Hotel limpo e funcional, perfeito para conhecer Paris a pé, fica localizado a 5 minutos de caminhada até o louvre.

Room was clean and was located in a great area close to multiple metro stations. Room was really small which was fine because O was travelling alone but I can’t imagine two people trying to move around that small of a space. Appreciated that it had AC. Had a mini fridge which was a plus but I feel like it could have been way colder.
Great location & hotel EXCEPT poor guest support. Unfortunately I became quite ill the day I arrived. I am an older woman traveling alone. I knew I needed some food by late afternoon. However, the desk receptionist refused to help me. She said I needed to walk nearby myself for food. They did not have any delivery services to offer.
I will say the morning reception guy was super. He gave me my room early when I arrived the day before. He also was not happy with the afternoon receptionist. He said they know many restaurant owners nearby that would have gladly made me what I could food I wanted. She should have ordered for me whatever I wanted and delivered my food to me, paying them back for what it cost. Instead, she said because it was after 3pm, she could not leave the office.
So I recommend this hotel but I hope if you ever need assistance, you get the morning guy!
受付スタッフの対応もよく、特に困ったことはありませんでした。立地もよく、とても良いホテルだったと思います。
