I arrived at the hotel around 2:40 p.m. and tried to check in, but I was told that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so I waited. About ten minutes later, an Indian staff member helped me with the check-in process. Since my luggage was heavy and the room was quite a distance away, I asked for assistance in carrying it. A female Indian staff member said she would help, but she seemed to struggle, so I ended up carrying it myself.
I think this hotel lacks proper luggage assistance. It would be better if they could offer an option to leave the luggage at the front desk and have a male staff member or an electric cart deliver it later, but such a service doesn’t seem to exist.
As for the dinner, the kaiseki meal was beautifully presented but the portion size was very small. I understand it’s a Michelin-recognized meal, but it was not enough.
On the other hand, the cleanliness of the room and the shuttle bus service were satisfactory.

유후인 역에서 좀 멀어서 (차로 40분 정도 걸린거같아요) 그게 유일한 단점이지만, 픽업 오시고 체크아웃후 데려다주시고 편했습니다! + 가는 길에 풍경도 좋아서 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ

룸별로 있는 온천이 너무 좋고, 가족탕도 있는데 여유있게 이용가능하고, 넓고 깔끔하며 침구도 좋아요. 접근성은 다른곳에비해 좀 안좋지만 송영서비스나 렌트하면되고 비슷한 가격의 유후인 료칸대비 만족
