Very convenient for one night out in the center of San Francisco.

This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel ever. My sheets had a stain on them that was not small. It was not good at all. I asked to be moved and our next room had hairs on back of toilet and in and around the tub. You can not control the heat in your room. I went downstairs and the front desk said it’s 1 thermostat for the whole building. Also, someone, staff was cooking and the whole hotel wreaked of food. We were forced to stay that night but checked out 1st thing next day. I complained to Expedia and they tried to get me a refund. I did not want a refund from the night I stayed only not be charged for the remaining part of my trip. But seriously, I do not complain but this hotel was bad.

I stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it wasn’t ideal for a business trip. The room had only three hangers in the closet, and there was no desk or workspace available anywhere on the property. There was also no lounge or common area where one could sit and work. The building itself feels outdated and could use some upgrades. My room was cold, with no thermostat or extra blankets provided, which made it uncomfortable. Being on the top floor, I also found it concerning that the window opened all the way without any safety features in place. Overall, not an excellent choice for business travelers.
