The staff at the check-in desk was excellent young man. Very helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was too soft for us. we only got one had towel tho. It would have been nice to have two.

Yes, yes, and yes.

The entire sidewalk where the main entrance is fenced off. The sign on the west/downhill side says ‘sidewalk closed’. The east/uphill side says ‘sidewalk closed’. On the street directly in from of the Inn says ‘New entrance to the left of the ER’. To the left of the ER? YOU know where that is but I just arrived. The hotel management doesn’t seem to be very bright and/or capable of understanding the customer service issues this (temp) situ creates. Although desk staff was very sympathetic. This isn’t a typical inn. This is where family members of people under VM care who may have very serious health issues come to be with and assist their loved ones. Given that, this Inn check in experience is not in the slightest way acceptable. If you are in a service role, then serve. Otherwise, find another job. And next time, I’ll find another hotel.
