Still not got my invoice. Stayed in room 43, McGregor. Even gave them my email address to send it to, nothing sent. Even phoned them to remind them. Nothing sent. Dealing with reception is like attempting communication with amoeba.

Lovely hotel and room. No lifts for level one and no help from staff to carry suitcases. Not a lot of bench space in bathroom to put bathroom items. Bed was nice and comfortable. It is far from Oxford city, handy if you have a car, but not great if needing a taxi. Nice and quiet

Spacious rooms, great facilities and really helpful staff…We didn’t get told that you had to book to use the upstairs restaurant which was a bit annoying as we then had to eat dinner essentially in the lobby, other than that was an amazing stay and would definitely return!
