客室、設備は値段並みでした。スタッフの対応は良好。ラウンジが有るのが良かった。立地条件も西門駅から近く、便利です。

客室は改装されていて、快適でした。2階のミニバーには無料の飲み物、簡単な菓子が用意されていて、とても良いサービスでした。フロントのスタッフも日本語で話してもらえたので有難かったです。

Room is small but the location and staff are great.

This is a good value-for-money hotel. By “good value,” I mean that it is good for the price, not that it can be compared to other 5-star hotels. Although it was reasonable for the price, the room was cold because the heating did not work properly. I asked for an extra blanket, but it was still chilly. There was some mold in the shower room, and because the building is quite old, there was a musty smell. Most importantly, the room was very, very small. There was no space to open a suitcase and no closet to hang clothes. This hotel is really suitable for one person looking for a cheap place to stay. The good points were that the staff were very friendly, and there is a snack bar and a relaxation area on the second floor, which was nice.
