26.04.17Situated in old quarter area, this hotel is a 3 star one, with clean rooms . Staff are courteous and polite ( especially Ms Vivian who was exceptionally good ). Breakfast options were good . Two factors 1. Rooms are not spacious 2. In one wing there is no lift and senior citizens may find it difficult without lift to reach higher floors ( 4th or5th) .

26.04.17Nice small hotel. Unpretentious. Helpful friendly staff. Bedroom was pretty good. Breakfast was a little modest and can be improved with more and better choice. Great location to explore Old Quarter and the lake.
