I stayed for 5 nights, well maintained, clean & neat hotel. Staffs are very responsive, breakfast also good. I have engaged local tours with the hotel, it was also well arranged.

We were not given the room which we booked. We booked suite and a normal twin sharing room was given to us. Room lock was not working , ac not working. Not a nice place to stay.

We spent one night at Hanoi La Palm and it has been quite wonderful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. They even helped us book our bus to Sapa.
