Staff friendly, everything around.

I reached hotel with my mother at 6:30 PM. I had informed the hotel beforehand of our arrival time (their checkin starts at 2 PM). I assumed everything would be seamlessly, we had been travelling for almost a day at that point and my mother really needed to rest. We reach the property and they tell me that the room is not available as their guests checked out late so wait for 40 min. Their property is not maintained at all. The room that I was allotted had broken main lock. When I informed at the reception at 12 PM the next day while going out, they told me the lock will be fixed by 6 PM that day. The lock wasn't fixed until I left their property 2 days later so who knows.

Nice place

Could be better, the laundry came back late in 2 hours. The rooms are clean but there was a cigarette smell in the hallway. There is noise coming from outside at night. Location is pretty central.
