26.03.29The hotel is located very well in old quarter. The staff is very friendly and ready to accommodate requirements. It is a very basic hotel with no fancy amenities. They were able to even take care of our requirements which were specific since we are all pure vegetarians. The staff is also able to understand English which is not common in the country

26.03.26Ms Jenny is very helpful even with our airport transfers and ha long bay. Very considerate with elders. BTW we are family of 11 and she still managed to help us.
