The room was spacious and the kitchenette was a huge plus. I booked for these exact two reasons and was not disappointed. I wish all hotels had rooms like this.

The staff were extremely kind, and the room was generally clean. When I mentioned that the water was not warm enough, the issue was addressed promptly, which I really appreciated. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast. That said, the cups in the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned (they looked moldy), so I couldn’t use them and had to bring paper cups from outside. I felt a bit uncomfortable making another complaint, so I didn’t raise this issue at the time. In addition, I believe I saw information indicating that housekeeping is provided every other day, but during our three-night stay, the room was not cleaned at all. I’m not entirely sure whether this was something I needed to request separately.

The suite was very nice. Every staff member that I interacted with over a 5 day stay was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We were here for five days. The breakfast was not good. The pantry items were outdated and stale, while being overpriced. The dryers had one functional, the other was down. The one functional one took almost $20 to get our clothes dry from ONE load. Our room was dirty and my wife found two roaches in the morning of the second day. We changed rooms and it wasn’t any better. Only thing going for this hotel is the location.
