Its dirty, hair everywhere even on the bed. Floor is crusty. Toilet dirty. The room is dark and smells bad. Air conditioner is not maintained and in bad working condition. The receptionists were old people that stil figuring out how the booking works, making check-in process to be long. Need deposit RM50.
