Sheets where dirty but everything else was nice!

Staff was welcoming. Hotel had more amenities than expected. Very convenient location. Room was clean.

5/5 Stars: Exceptional Service Makes This Hotel a Must-Stay! My recent stay at the **Best Western Denver East** was outstanding, and while the physical property is lovely and well-maintained, it was the staff who truly elevated my experience. Vanessa went above and beyond for me when I arrived without my luggage and had virtually no clothes. I approached her with this unusual problem, and she was immediately empathetic and proactive. Vanessa went out of her way to locate something I could wear while I washed my only outfit, a gesture of kindness and resourcefulness that completely saved my day and alleviated significant stress. Taysa was also incredibly attentive and helpful. She took the time to share some very useful local information with me that made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. All of the staff here were consistently personable, attentive, helpful, and professional. Their genuine care for guests, uthe Best Western Denver East deserves the highest rating I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of comfort, affordability, central location, and truly exceptional staff deserves the highest rating.

The staff here is very attentive, the rooms are spacious and clean. This place is always a go to when i need a place to stay

The room was quiet and clean. We needed an accessible room, and I was disappointed to see a traditional bathtub. But they did have a shower chair in the closet. Luckily that works for us, but many people with disabilities need a roll in shower. The door to the outside is so wonderful! And the dog area is spacious, but please note that it is absolutely covered in weeds and goat heads. So my dog injured his paws.
