Just an average experience considering the price. Staff not friendly, cockroaches in kitchen, dirty balcony and lift numbers not adequate to accommodate the number of residents. Breakfast at restaurant was mediocre at best. Options were very limited and quality was not great. Most of the restaurant staff were kind, which made the experience pleasant at times. Even though breakfast was “included” we still chose to eat elsewhere most days! Location of hotel was the best part. Being directly across from the beach was very convenient!

We had a really nice stay at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise. The location is unbeatable — especially for New Year’s Eve. Watching the fireworks from the area was amazing, and the neighborhood itself is lively with the beach, shops, and restaurants all around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made things easy. Another big plus is the food scene — there are so many good places to eat right next door and within a short walk. A couple of minor issues: the curtain in the master bedroom was slightly torn, letting in early morning sunlight and affecting our sleep, and the dishwasher had a few dirty dishes left inside when we arrived. Overall, these were small things in an otherwise great stay.
