로만티크 호텔 드 하노이

Charming little boutique hotel nestled in the old quarter of Hanoi. The reception was very cordial and inviting and provided sightseeing instructions. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was the tiny bathroom. Other than that the lodging was memorable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were extremely professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. Their service truly stood out and made the stay more pleasant. Another major plus was the hotel’s location—it was very close to all the food and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without needing to travel far. However, the biggest drawback was the lack of soundproofing. The walls were paper-thin, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I could hear conversations, footsteps, and even the cars passing through the streets Overall, if you’re looking for excellent service and don’t mind some noise, this hotel might work for you. But if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to consider other options.

During our stay i noticed d housekeeping wasn’t sweeping d floor coz i could see in my luggage when packing then d curtain was also dusty.

Recently renovated, clean,relatively comfortable. Conveniently located in the old city near the lake. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants are located nearby. The breakfast was of reasonable quality and variety, but by day 5 it was getting too familiar. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again and recommend for others looking for a moderately priced accommodation in old city.

Bruyant !!! Un chantier accolé à l'hôtel avec du bruit de 05h du matin à 1h le jour du 1er janvier .... et les jours précédents et suivants ! Fenêtre condamnée à cause d'une bâche de chantier, chambre non conforme aux photos et finalement pas d'interlocuteur parlant le français comme mentionné sur le site ...très déçu !
