I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was disappointing. To start with the positives: the 24-hour pool is a great perk, and the pillows were actually very soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the lack of service completely overshadowed those benefits.
The check-in process was abrupt and cold; there was no obvious service felt throughout the stay. Small touches were missing too, like the fact that there were no water bottles provided in the room.
Most concerning, however, was that the room was just dirty. As you can see in my photos, the metal vanity stand in the bathroom was heavily corroded with thick, crusty rust crumbling at the bottom legs. The shower floor was also in bad shape, with the marble tiles showing splotchy yellow stains that looked like they hadn't been deep-cleaned in ages. Between the grime and the lack of hospitality, I can't recommend staying here.
The hot tub was burning hot, when I mentioned that they said the fuse must be broken and turned off the hot tub for the next 2 days,
It is not 4 star hotel, at best 2.5 star. The room was clean and looked modern. However the room was on smaller side with small table and very little counter space. We were welcomed by a really sweet lady who offered us wine and cookies that we didnt even expect. Sadly she was the only nice one out there. The others seemed very rude. I asked for some towels and was rudely said to work with house staff when she arrives.
Very unique. I am from NC and came to Palm Springs for a bachelor party. I needed a second to hear my own thoughts and it was a great place to do it.
The strangest part of this hotel was how few guests were there. And it's definitely closer to a motel than a hotel. There's only one woman around. Also a few of the lights in the room didn't work. She was responsive but it just the vibe that the owners were not around. But if you want to hide out for a night - it definitely works!
Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen. Es ist leider alt und liegt ganz am Anfang von Palm Springs.
