23.10.30Location is right at #9 train line and convenient to food and parks for families.
When waiting inilne for the front desk, with 3 staff manning the desk, not one looked up and acknowledged me until I said "excuse me" during check in. Check out was similar with 1 party being serviced, 2 others working at the desk but not acknowledging me standing in line or "I'll be right with you" yet allowed other guests to cut inline and start asking questions. At least "this person has been waiting and need to serve him first". Quite disappointed from the service aspect for such a nice facility.
The rooms were clean and spacious. Only complain was I wish the shower door would close a bit tighter so the outside floor would not get as wet.
We did not try the on site restaurants but the house cleaning did a nice job over our 2 night stay.
The front desk service would not prevent me from booking again but would love to see improvement. Or move to online checkin system like Hilton to avoid the front desk.
