Room was rither too wzrm or too cool. And it would change by one degree on the thermostat. It also had two thermostats.

The room had a broken mirror, the beds were small and uncomfortable. The bathroom had no extractor, there was a leak in the toilet, the bathtub was clogged, the outlets don’t work, there is 3 elevators but only 1 worked. The room had a smell. The walls are so thin we heard a woman moaning because she was having sex, loud music, the hallway smelled like weed. No toilet paper and room service is only from 7a-3pm. Housekeeping was nice but don’t clean the room everyday. The staff at the entrance are nice. But I will never stay or advise anyone to stay there. We called and complained and they said all rooms were booked. Terrible place to stay. Horrible

The hotel is very well located. However, the ac in the room was preset to a very warm temperature and it could not be adjusted. More troubling was the barking dog in the neighboring room on the second night. It barked for over an hour. When I finally called the front desk they refused to reach out to the dog owner and only offered to move us to another room. It was 10PM and we were already settled in for the night, moving to another room would be a major disruption. The front desk refused to do anything about it, so it was left to another guest on the floor who eventually engaged in an “unfriendly” discussion with the dog’s owner. Regrettably that created a potentially dangerous situation that was completely avoidable had the front desk taken appropriate action instead of leaving it up to the guests.
