Rooms were grossly in need of updating. Very very old and not well maintained. Beds were clean and comfortable. But there was an odd smell when we first entered the hallway from the elevator and in was in the room too Pool was very cold. Snack bags weren't anything special. All purchased items purchased from Costco.

Room is dated. Oven and fridge are from the previous century and needs to be updated. Room is small. Carpet in the room needs to be changed. Public areas are dingy and dirty. The amenity fee and Valet fee is expensive and not worth the value. Valet is required but parking lot is so small that you pay for a service and they rarely drive your car up because its parked 2 feet from the valet stand. WIFI was horrible to connect to and did not stay on consistently. Staff was GREAT! Very friendly and informative.

Rooms are outdated, look nothing like the pictures. Hotel cleanliness was not the best and hallways smell bad.

This place is horrible. Shame on Expedia for allowing this place on their site. We stayed there for one night and one day and had to beg Expedia to refund us the stay and find another hotel. The hotel exposed us to toxins as they had sprayed chemicals in the rooms to kill coach roaches. The roaches were running around the rooms, many of them. The second room they gave us was the same. Everything was out dated and gross. This place ruined our first days of our trip. Stay away. One staff told me that I should have read the ratings and comments before booking so that told me everything. The lobby was dirty too. They give you free water which was warm and gross. I literally felt sick and couldn’t breathe well because of the toxic spray they exposed us to in the rooms. This hotel should be shut down. It’s not a safe place for people to stay at and I wonder of the long term effects of the toxins people have been exposed to. DON’T STAY HERE-BEWARE OF TOXINS!!!
