La verdad el problema fue mas en los servicios en general del hotel, querian cobrar por alquiler de las sillas de bronceo, se notaba la discriminacion entre socios y no socios algo que me parecio terrible pues pagamos una cantidad considerable por nuestra estadia y pasar un fin de año con amigos pues eramos un grupo grande pero para nada lo recomendariamos, adicional fila para ingredar a los restaurantes

We kinda enjoyed the hotel, the elevators were fast and never too crowded. It is definitely an older hotel and the walls are paper thin. We heard furniture moving, every door on our floor shut and someone screaming a floor below. The room was okay. We had an annoying noise at the beginning. We Asked the front desk and they said “it happens”. But it was pretty constant. My husband found a maintenance guy in the hallway- He came to check it out and it was a leaky valve on the water and he fixed it right away. The food was okay. My husband enjoyed it mostly. An okay variety but I wanted more simple food and more fresh fruit. Never have I been to Mexico and not had a ton of fresh fruit. Myself and my kids are picky so ate the same foods over and over. There was one night at dinner, there was absolutely no food My kids would eat, so we had to go upstairs and order room service. A little repetitive having the same options for lunch every day. Our last day here they seemed to be out of lots of different food and everybody was very slow to get things done. The entertainment team was fun. The music was a bit loud but we wanted to be near the kids pool so we put up with it. We did enjoy the pool space and easy access to the beach with more controlled entry back to the resort. Good variety of drinks. Though there was inconsistency with the pool bartenders. We started with the menu from the app- they didn’t know some drinks regularly. Their excuse was the menu changed….

the worse place to stay in cancun ,food is disgusting , staff specially bar tenders are rude, unless you tip for each drink reception stafff are rude can hardly speak english and more , lesson learned

Everything was perfect, the food, location, hygienne, the staff and the whole package was amazing!! The bartenders prepared the best drinks!!!
