The hospitality of the hotel was exemplary. The staff were very friendly and polite with the willingness to help. My wife and I are vegetarian and there were enough food choices for us. The quality of the food was very good especially Lorenzo. The butlers Alejandro and Yael were amazing and made the stay brilliant. Staff around the pool were efficient and friendly like those in the restaurants. Would stay there again. By the way, the views of the ocean are unforgettable

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish, and the entire hotel was spotless, truly one of the cleanest resorts we’ve visited. There were plenty of fun events and activities each day, which made the trip even more enjoyable. A special highlight was the Italian restaurant and The Den. The team there especiallyJorge, German, Evendly (spelling?), and Victor made our meal feel memorable. Their service was warm, thoughtful, and honestly some of the best we experienced at the resort. We also booked through Amstar, and they made everything so easy. Excursions were well-organized, and the transportation to and from the hotel was seamless. Overall, we felt completely safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for during our stay. Highly recommend! 💙🌊
