The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The location is neat everything we needed, coffee, dinner, and the theme park

At the start, after giving my name and drivers license to the front desk, they seemed confused about the booking. For a minute I started worrying if it had actually gone through. One of the worse feelings to have after a long day traveling. I had to give multiple details to get them to confirm I had a booking with them. There are no elevators, and so had to carry bags all the way upstairs, when there were tons of free rooms downstairs. I asked for a change, and the desk was happy to make that accommodation. Then there was so much noise at 4am we couldn't sleep. It felt like the walls were super thin. The linen was dirty. As soon as we walked in, there is a blanket there was hair and dirt on it. The bed linen seemed clean, but after closer inspection there was splotches of stuff all over the linen, and the pillows didn't seem perfectly clean. The bathroom towels smelled, so we used our own beach towels as we didn't trust them. A few hair balls were on the shower lining. Not the best, but it sufficed for just a few days to get cheap accommodation. Will try another venue next time. A drunk guy was out in the parking lot screaming as soon as we got there. Wasn't a nice feeling with kids being with us at the time. Was on edge a bit staying there.

Friendly and nice clean and quiet.

The shower was terrible no water pressure. No remote for the tv. No clog for the bathtub to take a bath. Damage to walls. Prior guest items were still in the room.

This motel is not called The Berry Inn anymore, it’s a Motel 6 now. Literally the nastiest motel I’ve ever been to. The staff was great and helpful, but the property was in disrepair. All of the towels, linens, pillows, walls, floor had stains (blood, dirt, and god knows what else). The towels were so thin that one drop of water would soak it. The shower head water pressure was horrible! It would take a while to wash off the shampoo and soap off us. The beds were really uncomfortable and noisy. Any movement would make a metallic squeaking noise that would keep us away like a cricket singing away. The showers from the other rooms could be heard in our room at all hours of the evening. There is dog poop and pee all over the property. There were some people in the hotel with aggressive dogs that lunged at my children when walking by. I believe they live at the motel because the dog poop around the property looked really old along with a lot of fresh ones. The only good thing about this property is the closeness to Knotts berry farm.
