Having stayed in other H10 properties in Europe, we were excited to stay in this H10 in Lisbon. However, compared to our previous H10 stays this one was a bit disappointing. The positives: Great location (away from the crowded tourist spots, but very close to Metro and local restaurants). Excellent Staff. Nice rooftop bar with great views. The negatives: The rooms are showing a lot of wear & tear and need refreshing (peeling paint, dirty shower tiles, damaged window curtains). We also had to switch rooms after our first room had too strong of a scent in it, but the 2nd room was better. A complimentary glass of wine was only provided for 1 person, we have definitely gotten glasses for 2 people or even an entire bottle in other H10 properties. Finally, the Wifi is too slow and the speeds unacceptable for 2026 standards. If you need a decent wifi for working or streaming any video, you may want to find another hotel.
