I had previously stayed at this hotel on 2 other separate occasions & was satisfied on both, however this will defiantly be the last! Upon arriving after a long flight ( & having booked for 7 night's with confirmation) I was told by reception staff that they could no longer find my booking on the system . A 2nd hotel reception employee was then called & arrived 10 minutes later on a scooter. He then proceeded to fumble around on the computer & his mobile telephone to then later inform me that my booking had been cancelled as the hotel had recently changed management & now has new owners. I explained that I had not received any information/correspondence regarding this & I have already had my credit card charged for the 7 night booking. I was then told that I needed to contact Agoda as the booking had nothing to do with them. I had no other choice but to except a room that they had available for that night which I was charged for. I checked out the next day & found another hotel close by where I stayed for the next 6 nights. I will never return to this hotel again!!

I am Korean. I don't want to recommend the Gia Vien hotel. 1. I made a reservation for the first team location through the Agoda app. But the address is completely different. There is the wrong hotel. The problem is Agoda Customer Center. I don't know anything. I don't answer the phone. Google search is closed. 2. And the cleaning condition is bad. There are traces of mold in the stomach. And the shower room is really bad. We talked about the front desk. But it's not a big deal. We stayed for 3 days. The next day, the trash is still in the trash can. Please see the attached picture. 지아비엔 호텔 가지 마세요 개인적 생각 아닙니다 아고다 앱을 통해 주소로 갔더니 전혀다른 호텔이 있네요 힘들게 찾아갔는데 지아비엔 간판은 없엤고 엉뚱한 호텔이 있습니다 프론트 가서 이야기해보니 자기들이 최근에 인수한 회사라고만 합니다 숙소또한 불량입니다 배게 곰팡이 침대카바 색 화장실욕조에는 타 이물질등 그리고 뜯겨나간 벽 대응해달라고 하니 그냥 별일 아닌듯이 애기하네요 주말이라 다른호텔 찾기도 힘들고 다음날 청소 해달라고 하니 대충입니다 쓰레기는 그냥 쓰레기통 그대로 층간소음 그리고 방음 전혀 안됍니다 절대적 으로 가지 마세요 아고다 측도 정보를 모릅니다 폐업한 사실 그리고 주소 모든걸 제가 알려줬네요 전화도 안받습니다.
