Excellent hotel location and friendly helpful staff. Clean, beautifully decorated with clocks everywhere. We would stay there agin.

Hotel located on the other side of San Marco, San Polo. To access San Marco use the Rialto Bridge that located 5 minutes away. There is no big flashing sign for the hotel but if you use their private transfer directly from the airport (€190/2) then you will be dropped off right in front of the lobby by water taxi; or you can use airport ferry cost €18/each way and walk 10-15 min to the hotel. Due to our platinum member status We received an upgraded room with a queen size bed, firm mattress & pillows, and a great view of the Grand Canal. Small fridge was available but it was inoperable as it failed to keep beverages cool as needed. Breakfast menu is constant, no changes exception of the vegetable dishes. Housekeeping is done daily! Hotel is few steps away from the historic fish market; however, the noise level is minimal.

Hotel was a great surprise. Everything better than we expected. Breakfast really good with fresh food and great variety. Staff were always friendly and available open for help. Location was also a great choice because from the station to there with the public boat we had to cross just a little stairs thing that is almost impossible for there.
