need to make sure what you are gteting and what room.. if you have children you may beon seperate floors and wthout a elevator.. location great tho right in the heart of old town

Although we stayed for 1 night, it was peaceful. our room was quiet and spacious.

We had three nights, the first room was not as we thought lacking a window but the problem was quickly and helpfully solved by moving us to a really lovely room with balcony. A member of staff was always around to give help and advice and we had a very pleasant stay in the middle of the fascinating Old Quarter. Emma was particularly good but they were all great. We would certainly return.

It was a comfortable stay with polite and friendly staff. The location is a killer with walkable distance to major places where you will like to hang out in Hanoi. The rooms are spacious and clean

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel it is walking distance to all the major restaurants and shops. Lina and Trang were very helpful in assisting us from money exchange and tour booking. It's a hime away from home. Going back soon.
