26.04.05It was a comfortable stay with polite and friendly staff. The location is a killer with walkable distance to major places where you will like to hang out in Hanoi.
The rooms are spacious and clean

26.03.31We had a pleasant stay in this hotel it is walking distance to all the major restaurants and shops. Lina and Trang were very helpful in assisting us from money exchange and tour booking. It's a hime away from home. Going back soon.

26.03.15Great location in the middle of Old Quarter, Hanoi. Near St. Joseph cathedral and Mama's famous Banh Mi. All staff were accommodating and helpful - Trang and the other lady (didn't get her name) were super friendly, Trang showed us the spots to go using the printed map they have available for guests. We were even greeted with welcome tea and chips. The lobby had a tight space and was plain, but the room was super spacious and convenient. We only had 1 night in Hanoi and overall, it was a comfy and pleasant stay.
