We booked Avalon to hold a small strategy meeting with Directors and staff which was a perfect location. We then shared dinner prepared by Wajis who cooked a gourmet BBQ to the delight of all. Two of our Interstate guests then had the privilege of staying the night which they thoroughly enjoyed. We will definately use again for a similar event.

The house is very great. The view from the balcony gives you the whole view of Hobart Harbor, view wonderful views from both of the rooms. The house is specious and even though you'll need to walk up 1 floor after lift, definitely it worth the walk. I'm staying over the new year's eve and it is the perfect private location to watch the New Year Fireworks.

This "Pod" was such an amazing place to stay in- the position is so central so that everything is only a walk away, and the view is without a doubt, breathtaking………the apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured- even better. More than you need as far as comfort, food supplies, essentials and extras. The kitchen and bathrooms are exceptional and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Can't say enough about this wonderful apartment- a real "find" and one of the nicest places we have stayed in. A special thank you to Amanda for her excellent communication pre stay, and lovely check in process. Highly recommend!

It was the best retreat we've ever stayed in. Too sad we didnt have more time to stay inside the retreat and just relax.

The host advised me that she watches her guests to make sure they don't have anymore guests than advised. Which I found extremely unprofessional and worrying. Stung with a $1000 function fee at check-in as I should've read the terms and conditions that were never sent to me. The property isn't in great shape, all the cupboards have chips in them, theres dirt on the ceiling, chips out of the bathtub, there were small hairs all over the shower wall and bath mat in the bedroom facing the mountain and someone had used the other toilet and not flushed. It was alright but definitely will not be returning or recommending. In their terms and conditions it states that $800 of this $1000 fee is refundable so will be getting that back.
