it really is a good hotel. It's a top brand and not particularly cheap, plus this is really an airport hotel. Staff was good and, generally, proactive to be observant. Our room was quite comfortable (we paid extra for an executive room and access to the "club". The club was great! There was an issue with our room, however, I did let the hotel know my disappointment. We were in room 3065. Unbelievably, at 9:30-10:00 when we were wanting to go to sleep, being in the middle of travels, we could hear, or more acurately feel, the thump of bass from music in the mall next door to the hotel. We could feel it coming through the bed and our pillow. What is more disappointing is that the hotel staff all know about this issue and still assigned us to this room. This in addition to the fact that AeroCity is a hotel center for Delhi airport. How loud must that music have been to have been an issue in our room! And, certainly, then there had to have been people closer to that "club" who had worse issues than we did. There were a couple of small annoyances with staff people. Overall, I was disappointed with this JW Marriott and our experience.

A top-class hotel with a great location and overall excellent service.One of the best marriott properties stayed at. Karan, the Assistant Front Office Manager, was especially welcoming and went out of his way to help he even assured me that breakfast would be packed as my checkout was very early. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen, and the team dropped the ball on that promise, which felt like a miscommunication rather than a lack of intent. Overall, a great stay let down slightly by this one issue, but I would still rate the hotel well and would consider staying again.
