We needed to be close to Hamdan sports complex. Dubailand was perfect location.The children had to do some remote learning and it was handy to have the apartment as there were desks in all the rooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s a bit dated and tired but it was perfect for our needs. Spacious apartment and clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the restaurant catered for my son after his competition even though breakfast had finished 💙

The place is always amazing as it is peaceful and very central . Check is always smooth , the gentleman always smiling and remembers returning guest by name . Was not impressed by the check out agent . When I approached the desk for check out I was expecting a “ Good morning , how was your stay? Thank you and hope to see you again” instead he was like “yes” after all check out procedure he was like “Done” very unprofessional to keep in the front desk. Lastly this happens on several occasions where you find hair on the bathroom walls really disgusting.
