This “accommodation” rating is below a 2 star hostel. So much potential but the condition it is now is poor. Stains on blankets in closet, Coffee or liquor stains on walls at night table. Shower overflowed but we managed to keep it under control. Absolutely no support if using a CAN cell w eSIM. Can’t dial out. Should be noted in their ad.

My phone this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at due to the customer service or maybe lack thereof of a customer service and more. Just a service. Everything I reported, I was asked to prove from the lack of amenities to the fact the bathroom had no soap in it. Obviously not been cleaned since the toilet was dirty upon arrival. I would never stay here again for the price as you are overpaying. There are other locations in the area that are most likely cleaner and more convenient. The check-in location is 10 minutes away from your actual hotel where if you don't arrive in that 4-Hour window then you have to pay an extra 30. And the fact I can send screenshots of the amenities I was told I was going to receive and then say we still don't provide those. Sorry and not received anything from the hotel left me flabbergasted. In my room for two people I only received one cup to drink out of. It's the little things like this that lets me know that they are in it or the money. It almost seems like a scam at the end of the day since there's no ventilation in the bathrooms either
