The property is a bit older but the room was clean and the staff was great.

Very basic accommodation. Wifi signal was so weak couldn’t connect to it. No on-site personal have to go to other property down the street where management is. Fella there was helpful but could only do so much.Room has coffee maker but no fridge or microwave. Was missing coffee for microwave so had to call office to get some.

Had to call sister property to confirm my booking day before arrival. Had to wake up the check in desk person upon arrival. Opened door to room and it had not been serviced since the last guest.

The Agoda Rating said this place was exceptional. As a couple, we felt our experience was exceptionally poor. The room was very small - 12" space for one between TV cabinet and bed. The bathroom smelled musty, we had to close the door that really didn't close. We had to ask for toilet paper. We're told that there would be breakfast served. The office was locked with no manager at breakfast time. We basically left our card key in the room and left because no manager came in the morning even for checkout. Candidly I'm not sure why anyone could rate the place more than below average.

Room was nice and clean, except for the carpet! Only one washcloth for two people. No Kleenex, no cups for coffee and no plastic cups for brushing ones teeth! Front desk was closed up at 6:00 pm. Did leave key for room behind!👍👍
