Good hotel 5-10 min walk from the strip. No resort fees is the bonus. Decent breakfast for the price too.

Great selection of breakfast, clean rooms, and a convenient location close to the Strip—yet it still feels peaceful and away from the noise.

Everything was good while staying in Vegas.

1. when we arrived, we found out the beds in the room we reserved were not clean and they had to give us another room. 2. They illegally charged us additional $566.90 claiming that they detected smoke in the room. They charged my credit card after we left. We don not smoke. To us, it is a treligious prohibition. Daily, The cleaning lady replaced the towels and tied up the room. In a smoke free environment, they should have detected the smoke and immediately informed the management. I stayed 7 nights! If there was actually a smoke, they should have warned us and even kicked us out the hotel. Total fabrication to swindle money! I called 4 times and spent couple of hours waiting on the phone before I was able to talk to someone in operation who just received my complaint and sent the management at SpringHill by Marriott to explain the additional credit card charges. Their email response, without any proof, we charged the additional fees because we detected smoke in the room. ( after we checked out!)

Room was overall clean and comfortable. We booked 2 rooms; both rooms had issues with bathroom doors (the lock was broken, didn't work), one of the rooms' shower light didn't work (perhaps blown bulb), I notified the front desk, was told they'll fix it right away, it was never done. The biggest disappointment was food/breakfast - limited and poor choices - basically bagels every single day. Only ONE choice of fruit (e.g., banana one day, apple next day etc.), and even then it was not enough, it ran out quickly. No non-meat items, no hash brown or any other choices. There is a single pancake machine but the line was long. They don't have coffee past the breakfast hours (most hotels usually have coffee at lobby throughout the day). Overall, it felt really lackluster, limited, unappealing for a Marriott property.
